- All customized sales are FINAL
- Please allow 1-2 additional business days for processing. In theory, it shouldn't take any extra time, but I'm a human and it's better to be safe.
- If you select CUSTOM from the color dropdown, you MUST send me an email with the hexadecimal color code you'd like us to use for the graphic. (I suggest htmlcolorcodes.com if you need help with this!)
- Until I get this color customization, your entire order will sit in pending - so please do it immediately after checking out.
- If I do not hear from you within 5 business days from the date of your order regarding your customized item, I'll reach out to you via email.
- If I do not receive a response to this email within another 5 business days (10 business days, or 2 business weeks, from the date of your order) I will cancel all customized items and send any remaining items to production/ship any items we physically have here.
